My corporate headshot sessions are designed to be calm, efficient, and people‑focused — giving each individual enough time to feel comfortable, receive clear direction, and select an image they’re genuinely happy with.
To maintain quality and consistency, on‑site sessions are intentionally capped and structured to minimise disruption to the working day.
On‑Site Corporate Headshots
Minimum on‑site booking
€950 — covers up to 6 people
This includes:
- On‑site setup of a portable studio
- Consistent lighting and background across the team
- Clear, professional direction for each person
- Time for each individual to review and select their image
- 1 fully retouched final image per person, delivered in both high‑resolution & web‑ready formats
Additional team members
€120 per person (from 7 to 15 people)
- Pricing is incremental — total cost increases as team size increases
- No pricing cliffs or band jumps
- Designed to scale fairly while preserving quality
Daily capacity
To ensure a relaxed, high‑quality experience, on‑site sessions are capped at a maximum of 15 people per day.
Each person is allocated approximately 25–30 minutes, allowing time for:
- Small adjustments and direction
- Natural expressions (especially for camera‑shy staff)
- Image review and selection on the day
This approach avoids rushed sessions and ensures consistent, professional results across your team.
Larger teams & multi‑day sessions
For teams larger than 15 people, or for multi‑day projects across departments or locations, pricing is quoted individually.
This allows the session structure to be tailored without compromising quality.
